I really recommend the K9 Centre team for any dog problem you have. I was impressed with the dog training knowledge and I am glad i went down this path. Better days ahead on my walks with my best friend

I certainly understand why Martin has chosen dog training as his vocation as he has no idea about communicating with the owners of these dogs. If you are after the support that's promised to you not only on their Web site but also when you leave handover then definitely don't take your beloved furry family member to the K9 dog training centre. I do NOT recommend the K9 dog training centre. If I could rate them negatively, I would give them a -5. If you need more information then feel free to ask. Totally agree with Cameron Gulliford and John Murphy's reviews.

We are using Skype to retrain our very strong German Shepherd, Wesley. He has attended three dog training schools in NSW without success. Since working with Martin via Skype and Videos it is amazing how much we have been able to correct and change his behaviour in two weeks. If you cant get there in person I recommend the skype sessions. Will be continuing to follow our training regime.

Jade and Martin worked with our naughty sausage called Milo and his equally naughty brother call Luca. They always barked, ignored come, stay but mostly managed sit. They became part of our family in April 2020, so we're never socialised. They still bark sometimes but a lot less than before spending time with the K9 team

Sadly posting a negative review after what started out as a positive experience. After the initial meet and greet I was called by Martin and advised Jade was bitten by a dog they had in care and it would be a week before they would contact me to reschedule. A week later and no call as promised. 2 weeks later still no call. Sent them an email. No call. Sent a direct facebook message and still no call. Business must be wonderful to never return your prospective clients calls. Extremely poor. After reading more reviews it seems the lack of contact is a trend. Off to the next recommended provider I go. If service, care and attention is what you want for you and your dogs. Go elsewhere.

My husband and I live in an apartment and needed our new puppy to be able to live in an apartment life style. We researched on the Websites for a training centre who would be able to assist us in training our puppy to adjust to his new surroundings. We certainly made the right chose when choosing K9 Centre, we are extremely happy with the results and our puppy has been living with us for two years now and we have had no complaints. We have found Jade to be a very professional and caring person in the way she handles her business and clients.Jade you are amazing, thank you for all the loving hard work you do... much appreciated.

The K9 Centre bought Alvin up to speed with his obedience and he is a joy to take on walks now. I know I will have more to do the older he gets but at least I can see we’re we are going

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. This boarding program (not reviewing other training modalities) emphasises many professional and ethical concerns inclusive of:1. ANIMAL WELFARE:Once we picked up our pup, he was filthy (smelling of recent perfume under the collar), highly anxious, searching our car relentlessly for food and crying, had a new large scar to his abdomen that occurred in their care (stated by a registered vet the following day to have occurred in this date range) and was never acknowledged by the K9 Centre. Following the K9 Centre pick up our pup was very unwell with this vet examination led to Animal Emergency Department admission. Clinical findings were significant dehydration, dangerous electrolyte imbalances alongside weight loss in a growing pup.In addition, his behaviour had regressed significantly following this training and we had to undertake extensive weekly training for significant anxiety and to retrieve positive behaviours that were lost following the K9 Centre boarding.2. COMMUNICATION:Abusive, bullying and gaslighting behaviour from both Jade and Martin via phone calls when we requested our pup to be picked up on the agreed date. Martin refused to allow pick up on date stated, became aggressive, agitated and elevated with statements of being pathetic, who cares it’s just a dog and many more. Regardless, conflict resolution was attempted (even though this was agreed upon) with a plan to obtain video or written commands if this couldn't be completed at handover to calm the situation and assist both parties and de-escalate situation. Instead, we were threatened with our dog being left alone on the side of the road if we didn't drive 2 hours immediately during this phone call (knowing I had just completed a 12-hour night shift as was stated). Further, constant gaslighting and yelling occurred at my partner and I from both Martin and Jade that was intimidating, abusive, highly inappropriate and unprofessional.3. PROFESSIONALISM and PRODUCT QUALITY:The only evidence of training was a short low-grade video that showed an anxious dog begging for food and worse trained than before attending this training.A highly anxious dog was observed outside of normal expected training behaviours and was shown to other animal trainers that agreed with this assessment. Consequently, we requested further video footage of the training and the animal living quarters of the home. As 24/7 CCTV was stated as part of the product, inclusive in this package and fully paid this should have been possible but was never provided or even acknowledged.4. BUSINESS PRACTICE:Due to all the above issues and concerns we contacted various relevant agencies including the council. The house in which the boarding training was meant to be undertaken and drop off occurred was stated, by Martin, to not be a business practice and they did not train or house any customer animals at the property. Evidently, this was either true and the training was elsewhere (against product statement and fraudulent to customer) or they have misled the council throughout questioning.Overall, this was a highly traumatic experience for customer and pup alike and I would not recommend this company for reasons involving concerns towards animal welfare, ethics, abusive behaviour and poor business practices.

I find it very interesting of the variances in review quality (poor to high) for K9 Dog Training. I need to share my involvement which is very much aligned to other people's experiences. The common thread experienced is the last of contact with Jade. After 3 days of trying to contact her by (phone, text, email) I called into the business residence at 9-00 pm only to not find her home. I rang the door one, waited and then again. Dogs were barking in the garage. Suddenly Jade arrived home after about 15 minutes. We were advised that she did work but along with many other ambiguous statements we did not really understand the depth of that work. I did notice that there are security cameras on the door bell and I am sure were linked to her mobile phone hence she was aware of my arrival. MY visit was to acknowledge exactly how our dogie was going. After loosing our youngest son this year our dogie means so much to my wife and I and like our own children when you can't contact a person being well paid to train/care for them then you take the appropriate action. After some brief discuss with Jade I decided that the environment which our dog was being trained/cared in was not conducive to home grown'" training and engagement so I asked for my dog. I waited a few minutes outside and our dog was handed back to me. I lifted up and out dog and placed her in the back seat of our car only to notice she was heavily perfumed around the collar. The balance of her body smelt of strong urine. The following day I took our dog for examination and was advised she had been contained in a cage or similar confinement hence she had an abrasion on her behind and the area where the urine was was very consistent with such confinement. That day I contacted Jane asking for my money back for the days our dog was not cared for. In reading the multicolored brochure I find that it is very carefully worded towards "dog training". However I find the contradiction is around "family environment". Really these terms can be "how long is a piece of string"; however I am sure the majority of people would have words like free-range
