Was going to buy a property through Caifu property. All was going well to refinance my property with CBA until I asked if I could get a portable loan with my refinance instead. It was then that my loan was denied by the broker from Preston Point Capital and also harming my credit file. Obviously was not going to get the commission from building a new property and became bitter. Money is the root of all evil. How many other people has this happened to.

Shelley from Preston Point Capital led my partner and I to believe that we were able to do a straightforward refinance and equity withdrawal. Fast forward over four months and we find that not only has she been unable to source a loan for us; but that the one application she finally did submit was immediately withdrawn - but not before our credit file was hit.Since then, Caifu Property - with whom she has a business referral arrangement - have both inundated us with phone calls and had different employees leave her glowing reviews. Please think carefully before asking her to assist you with finding a loan.I thought this sort of outcome was exactly what the Royal Commission into the Finance sector was supposed to eradicate?...

I've been the property/finance industry for over 6 years and I've never come across a broker with the ability to find a solution for every possible scenario. Shelley's ability to think outside of the square in the absolute best interest of the client, is 2nd to none. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
