What a great product. Plenty of options on types and style of windows and screens required. We had Neville do our window after install service and Bella Screen install. Neville was very professional and a gentleman. Pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend their product and service. Thank you Neville.

Quoted 40 windows and doors took 2 months to do the quote and then when we went to place an order for over 50 k they told us 12 months to make . What a bunch of time wasters . Thanks for nothing A&l

New house with A & L windows.1) Even before we moved in, I realised that the master bedroom window had not been fitted correctly. Needed A&L to come back to close the gap2) They forgot to fit a flyscreen to one window. Different people called us 3 times to confirm date. Then on the day cancel because the part was not 'ordered'. Then when they eventually do come, the guy still has to make the screen on site.4) Sliding door not level so security screens cannot be fitted.5) Another Sliding door extremely loose and new part has to be ordered.6) Awning window not screwed in properly. Now it is to tight so does not wind out nicely. In general the operation of awning windows is not smooth.7) buckle in frame of another sliding door so the security screen does not move freely.Avoid if you can.

If there was the ability to provide 0 stars, we would. They installed a heavy duty glass sliding door on a new property, and 12 months later it shattered (no one was home at the time) and other glaziers confirmed it shattered due to a defect in the glass. Al Windows refused to honor any warranty. So we paid for replacement upfront to them, and two months later we still have no sliding door. I called them 2 months after full payment was made, to complain about the delay and asked for the business owners details, Lorraine scoffed and laughed at me. I am waiting to hear from a Manager.

I rang to ask for a price on one of their standard double hung windows and I was told that they are so busy with builders that they don't have the time to take any more work. Never in my life have I ever heard such a thing. Putrid business!

Well… Steve was sensational! He arrived early, confirmed which way the front Flyscreen door should be hinged, completedThe job with no issues at all. He gave good advice on cleaning Tracks, and all in all, next time we need a door, we hope that he is our installer. Thank you Steve!.
