Bizwize are fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for bookkeeping services and/or support to implement a new system.I got in touch with Bizwize after another company left us in the lurch mid way through implementation of KeyPay. Michelle has been amazing, she got us through the implementation within a couple of weeks and we're already seeing an efficiency dividend form that work.I've particularly appreciated the way Michelle offers a range of support, for example she can show us how to implement (including sending us how to" videos) or she can take over and do things for us.Thanks for all your help Michelle!"

I am very disappointed with the service at Bizwize in Joondalup. I am a small business and was transferring from Quickbooks to Xero. The wrong BSB was entered on my invoices, the starting balance for July 1 in Xero was incorrect and when they assisted me with opening up a Xero account they register themselves as the administrators. One email and 2 phone calls later, I finally got the administration rights back! It took all of five minutes. In all, a very disappointing experience.
