Had a fun experience looking at all the fabric etc while Joanne ran an embroidery group and gave us a list of must see places in the blue mountains. Wish I lived closer. Even my husband was impressed! Kaye and Phil.

Joanne knows her stuff. Nothing is a problem for her to get for you, if by some chance it's not in stock. Also the agent for Janome plus she has a machine service man come each month
