Highly recommend! Everything was so delicious. The flavours are not like anything you've tried before. Service was good. Kudos to the owners/chef for being so bold and brilliant to create these dishes.P.s. the squid ink pasta and sourdough bread are so addictive.

If I could give an extra star for everything I would. Lauren and the team delivered by far one of the best dining experiences that my wife and I have ever experienced. The food was amazing, the timing between dishes was long enough for you to digest, enjoy conversation and enjoy the flavours. Also, the staff’s friendly personalities made our experience very comfortable. We will be back… a lot.

Best vibe for a nice night out with close family or friends.Our waiter was fantastic and welcomed us while bringing in positive mood and vibes. The drinks were top quality and desserts were amazing. I’d highly recommend trying stelo at least once, because it’ll never just be once

Really enjoyed dining here. All the dishes were great and I was so pleased that they were able to accommodate my dietary needs without hassle. The courtyard seating was really nice, a good quiet spot compared to the bustling inside of the restaurant. Definitely will be back.

The creamy texture and delicate taste of the Burrata were simply divine, leaving me craving for more.The star of the show was undoubtedly the Beef Tartare. This dish was a revelation, presenting a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. The chef's ingenuity and attention to detail were evident in every bite. The tartare was perfectly seasoned, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through. It was a true testament to the artistry of the kitchen.Next, the journey continued with the most tender Beef Cheeks, a dish that surpassed all expectations. We had an amazing dining experience at Stelos. We were fortunate enough to be looked after by Ali who's knowledge of the menu and ingredients was truly remarkable, the service was authenticly friendly and attentive. The food fully exploites the amazing local produce of the areas surrounding Launceston, with an innovative and edgy menu that does not go so far so as to intimidate or alienate. Stelos is a must do for foodies who appreciate great service and local ingredients.

Had the pleasure of dining here rather unexpectedly and from the moment we arrived it was a first class experience. Welcoming staff, absolutely amazing food, really nice atmosphere, great wines and simply the best carbonara I’ve ever tasted, anywhere. Highly recommended. Don’t leave Launceston without visiting Stelo…!!
