We moved into our brand new, custom built home constructed by Green Earth Homes last month. Overall it was a very pleasant building process, spanning over a year from Design Stage right through to Handover.The biggest challenge we initially faced was selecting a builder whom we could trust with building our dream home. When we approached Green Earth Homes, we were met with Grace. She came across as really enthusiastic and very confident that they could deliver on our sizeable project. We had a very strong intuition that this would be the right company to go with.After we signed up, Grace was our go-to person during the entire Design Stage up to signing the building contract. We found her to be a very well organized person who portrayed a very strong work ethic. In helping us transform our visionary home into a plan on paper, she showed a tremendous amount of patience and really listened to exactly what we wanted. She never hesitated to offer her honest opinion and would always respond to our queries urgently. She was very helpful with all the selections we made to create a very beautiful home for us.During the construction stage we were mostly dealing with Emma, Paul and Gavin. Nathan, the builder, would oversee the project. Thumbs up to them for their hard work and attention to detail. They were all very polite and helpful. All our requests were met and nothing was too much to ask for. The tradespeople they employed were all very approachable and displayed a high quality of workmanship. We were also very impressed with the flexibility in dealing with this company as opposed to building with most project builders.Once again, a big thank you to the entire Green Earth Homes team. We absolutely love our new home. It was a wonderful journey and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to build a beautiful home.

Green Earth Homes was a great choice for our new custom build in Noosaville. As first timers to building we had no idea what to expect and were told a few horror stories. However, we chose right because dealing with Nathan and Grace was fantastic. The communication, mutual respect, honest and open business dealings we experienced with them made the building journey a pleasure and we didn't lose any sleep! Grace and Nathan (and their staff) at Green Earth Homes did a wonderful job at renovating our home.We knew in advance that we would be overseas for a significant period of the build. Grace and Nathan were excellent in coordinating us to preplan as much as possible, prior to us leaving the Sunshine Coast. This was very helpful and saved time and money in the long term.Everything about the company was very professional. Not just with the actual physical renovation but even when some occasional and inevitable complications arose. They were accepting of any feedback we provided and always tried to improve their services if they were able.Their attitude to our renovation was almost like it was their own home, but always considering our individual style.Grace and Nathan's listening skills helped us to create a home that we would personally like. However they also had many suggestions when we needed them.They were always professional and responsive to to our emails and phone calls.Following the completion of the renovation, their service to fix small defects has been done in a very timely manner and they have dealt with things personally, not just putting us in contact with contractors and letting us deal with the issues.We were very impressed by the quality of the finishing by Nathan and all of the contractors he used.They were very good at balancing quality, functionality and style, whilst being mindful of our budget.We would have no hesitation in recommending people speak to GEH as an option for their build or renovation.We would like to personally thank Grace and Nathan for all of their assistance to minimise as much stress as possible through this time.

We had always been hesitant with the thought of building a new home, however when we found our dream block of land, we knew we had no other choice but to build our own home. Initially our main concerns with building were trust, quality and price. Would we really be getting what we want and what we are paying for? Are we getting ripped off? Are we getting a quality build that will withstand the test of time?We were referred to Green Earth Homes from good friends of ours who had their home built by Green Earth Homes. Right from the beginning we felt very comfortable with Nathan & Grace, who were open and transparent throughout the entire process. They always delivered on what they said they would, they were open about costs and timeframes. Green Earth Homes managed all the trades and services to bring our home together for us. We could trust 100% in them at every stage and were very easy to work with. The entire GEH team are very knowledgeable and experienced, and always gave us great advice or direction in specific features we wanted in our home.GEH finished our home slightly ahead of schedule, which was absolutely fantastic, and we were always advised of any delays in the timeline. They also offered a fixed price contract, so we had no surprises along the way. We could not have been happier working with GEH. We probably chose the worst year to build, but fortunately we chose the best builder. Grace and Nathan helped us through the challenges of border closures, record floods, supply chain issues and unprecedented price increases. Their open and frequent communication earned our trust throughout these challenges. Things were only a surprise to us if they were also a surprise to the GEH team. I think we had the lowest stress build you could reasonably imagine for 2022.We have now been in our house a couple of months, and it brings a smile to our faces everyday. It is everything we originally imagined, plus more. The design process introduced some features that are now highlights of our home.We also feel good about the green credentials of our home. We use much less energy than we generate, yet we didn’t have to compromise on the stylishness of our home.Thanks again to Nathan, Grace and the GEH team.
