Waited an hour, in an empty restaurant) for 2 eggs on toast. The shop is run by a few teenagers (who are trying their best) with zero assistance. When the food eventually arrived the eggs were raw!

Ordered 2 Mochas. It was tooo sweet to drink. Could take only few sips. I thought I am finding it like that but my wife also found the same. We went to complain the staff, it staff was unresponsive and expression less like a statue. Us both smiled at each other put the cafe Mocha on table and left without having it. I live very close to this place. Will never go again. The customer service is also pathetic as experienced in previous visit. The staff doesn't care for customer.

Took my children there this afternoon for a milkshake. They graciously said thankyou once served. The teenager ignored their good manners. After our milkshakes I suggested to her that next time someone says thankyou, it would be courteous to acknowledge it, especially when coming from children. She rolled her eyes & looked away. She clearly resented working there as the man served before me ordered a large coffee but was provided a regular instead. First time & last time we'll use this cafe...

The owner of this place showed me nothing but disrespect when I complained about the hygiene of my drink. I ordered an iced chocolate and found long dark brown hair on my straw and in my drink. I went to complain and politely told her about the issue and asked for another drink. She then replied with “We gave you the drink you ordered, if you do not like the way it was made you should’ve ordered a different drink.” I gave up on trying to explain the fact that the issue was not the drink itself but the hairs I found in it. After that I went at sat down as I was going to meet a friend and that’s when I heard the way the absolutely sick and disgusting way she spoke to the staff that were working. If I could give a 0/5 for my experience I would.

Best coffee!Both indoor and outdoor sitting. I prefer outdoor during daytime, you can enjoy bird chirping while having a sip to the freshly grounded coffee.

This Oliver Brown cafe was a great mum and bubs location situated near a playground, Lots of seating in a roomy cafe. A few small tables are outside and placed in a sunny location.They no longer serve a hot food menu on weekdays which is sad, It was a lot quieter today possibly due to the fact only beverages and sweets are now available.The coffee is good however it would have been perfect served with a bacon and egg roll this morning.They do have a loyalty card for takeaway here
