We purchased a square frying pan with a detachable handle but there's a manufacturing fault. The handle won't come off. We contacted customer service the next day for a replacement and they are being extremely unhelpful and poor to respond. Don't buy Woll products. Their customer service promise is false.

The Woll Titan Best cookware is true Woll. We've had the standard Woll stuff from the kitchen shops and it's not a patch on the Titan stuff.

Bought this frypan for a lot at Costco. When it started to lose its non stick and we tried to get warranty service they accused us of mistreating the pan. Even though we had followed all their cars recommendations including only hands washing and bit using metal utensils. It seems they offer a fantastic warranty but when there is a problem they then accused you of mistreating the pan and don't provide any support. They apparently do not have any manufacturing problems at all.

Had pan for only couple of years and one side is bubbling ( see pictures ) not happy after paying $269 for the pan at a home show tv direct. 28/02/2020. Very disappointing with the pan.Will not recommend to family or friends.

Brought 3 frypans, and 3 pots. The detachable handles have become loose and now fall off the pot when lifting it, this is incredibly dangerous when you have hot liquids in the pot - I've had numerous near misses of burns. The handles (not the detachable ones) are not heat resistant so get too hot to hold and the coating has come off the base of the cookware making them scratch every surface they come in contact with. When I contacted customer service they advised that the handles are not under warranty and the cookware defections are from going through the dishwasher, even though it states that the goods are dishwasher safe. Paid a fortune for this cookware and am incredibly disappointed

Excellent service - helpful, friendly and efficient - thank you. Woll pans are superb - sturdy, heavy duty, excellent heat transfer. I have several Woll saute pans and casserole pans and highly recommend them.
