Be careful when picking up packages from this newsagency. I got something sent from Ebay to be picked up here, when I got there to pick it up, myself and a young girl were both turned away and told 'We don't accept packages for pick-up, we can see them in our system but we don't have them so you have to call Ebay or Australia post'.So I did that, and they told me that someone there had definitely received them, and generated the pick up code! So I went back in and had to argue back and forth about picking up my package, even though I could see a big pile of parcels in the shop. Eventually the lady called another person out, who checked my Id and handed it over immediately.I feel bad for the other people who were turned away and told 'no we don't have it' cause they clearly did.I'm not sure if the lady didn't know how to do it, or check Id, but she shouldn't be turning people away and telling them they don't have the packages when they do.

I was often drop-off Sendle items this store. There was one item has been missing. I called store to check whether an item is still there. He doesn't even try to search. Just straight saying without checking all picked up. No I don't have". then where is item? How come he is 100% sure what he is doing is perfect. Sendle says they didn't pick. Where is my item then?"
