I've seen Tahnee a couple of times now and I love how thorough she is. She combined dry needling with massage and also offered exercises I could do to support my muscle weakness that had caused pain. Highly recommend Elevate Physio & Performance

Tahnee is one of my fave people to see!! I could not get through sport without Tahnee and her team! Her knowledge, understanding and approach to treatment is second to none and I cannot highly recommend these ladies enough! She has got me through countless sports injuries and QUICKLY with her compassion, treatment & expertise, I would never see seasons through with her!
