I went there to get my eyebrows done, immediately was concerned judging by how unprofessional they were already acting! I should have just stopped there but I went ahead anyways and the lady was very rushed and dropped wax strings all over my face, she was chewing gum loudly over top of me, there was no consultation I showed her a picture of what I wanted and didn’t get that at all! I have sensitive skin and asked if there was a sensitive option and she nodded and just went ahead and now my skin is on fire, as a beautician myself I am absolutely appalled and disgusted in the service and customer service that was provided, trust me I hen I say do not go there! Lovely looking salon but the service does not match the quality of the brows

Walked for an eyebrow waxed never had ear brow threading and she did am amazing job. Very happy with the service. Definitely highly recommended. Will definitely go back to get my eye brows done.

Wish I had read the reviews before coming! Rude service, and she was really rough. Not really what you hope to get when you walk in to a beauty salon Asked for an eyebrow and lash tint, left with eyebrows threaded and tinted, not the lashes tough. But after the brow experience, I didn’t want to remind her anyway. But sure I was asked to pay for the threading. One star is for the result being alright, even though it wasn’t what I asked for.

Hi , i visited this Wednesday 4/01/2022 (beauty and brow salon bay city geelong. I went there for my threading and I noticed hair on my face. And i asked lady about thread on my face but she told me go for waxing on face. She use the same wax as we use for all body . After 2 hours my skin start burning. And I apply ice cubes but still worsing. Then , i went Saturday to their store. And I explained everything to lady and she told me wait 15 minutes my manager is coming. And the manager had applied something on his face while on job. She came and i show my face to her . She take it easy and told me don’t go for wax next time as it doesn’t suit you. We we asked her why she didn’t tell us before about effects and she start blaming us. Even She doesn’t apologise.That’s so ridiculous. My face is still burning even 4 days now. I went for doctor and he told me that the wax may be expired. The manager very rude . They deserve zero star for waxing and customer service.Never come back.Ridiculous

gave me acne + my face was incredibly red for like half an hour after i got it done. i literally still have acne and its been like a week

I went here last week to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and I am the happiest I've ever been with my brows. I have been getting them done for many years and tried many places, but these were perfect, haven't stopped looking at them since. Employee took great care and was lovely to me. Only reason its not 5 stars is because I wish they'd dim the lights above the chairs a little, every time i go it is slightly uncomfortable because of how bright the fluorescent lights are.To the other lady (Jessica?) who left a poor review last week, I was there when she came in and she didn't wait 15 minutes, got turned away because she couldn't provide photo id with her Geelong address on it. In these times where businesses are fined or closed at the drop of a hat it is completely reasonable to require photo id. The worker was polite about it and sorry Jessica but who doesn't carry their license on them at all times? Especially after 1.5 years of lockdowns?

Refused to honour my daughter's gift voucher that was expired by ONE DAY despite the fact that there had been such a long time when we had been in lockdown that she had not been able to use the voucher. My daughter did not want to make a fuss, so paid without complaint, but I think that was really lousy and took advantage of a young person. We will find another salon. ☹

My daughter just came back from getting eyebrows threaded. Her left eye brow has been half removed!! It also now half the size of her right brow!!Once she told me where she has gone I told her she never should have gone in the first place, As your reviews are generally poor!Now we have to pay to get it fixed as they are EVTREMELY UNEVEN!

I did my eyebrows threading here today. It was the worst experience I’ve ever done. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. She wasn’t friendly at all. Not a single smile, greeting or welcoming attitude since the moment I walked in. She did so hard and rough that made me so uncomfortable during the whole procedure. Even though I expressed that I’m in pain she wasn’t care and kept saying my bill will be different price instead of the original price because of my eyebrows haven’t done for so long. I said it’s not problem but she kept repeat it. I felt like her negativity vibes was extremely bad and she put all of it on the client.I would highly not recommend this place to anyone . Customer service was terrible. Management/ owner should really look into this.Very unhappy and unpleasantThis is the only staff I saw in the shop today.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN.Lady dropped wax on my hair line a ripped a clump of hair out and now I have a big bald patch on my hair line. Didn't even apologise or give me a discount, charged me more than she should have.Put tint not only on my eyebrows but all around them and didn't wax my eyebrows properly.They lost a regular customer and if this review gets seen I hope the lady gets sacked who did me.
