We had the absolute pleasure in being part of my sister's intimate cooking class" (by Sprout) gifted to her & partner Peter for the completion of their beautiful new Scott Salisbury home.We congratulate Scott Salisbury for providing us as guests (10 people) with such an amazing experience as a gift.Sprout Cooking Class were simply amazing 10/10!!!!!This is a builder who knows how to look after his clients. If we ever build again

Sadly I can not recommend this builder. We signed a fixed price contract, with all associated approvals only to be told of a further $30K price increase, 2 months before the build was to commence. The added cost was for 'revised engineering' which was unexpected and poorly communicated. Job number 220916.

Visited their display houses in Glenunga & Lightsview. Very snotty agents. Pay attention when someone is wanting to talk about their plans for their family homes. Looking around, looking at your nails & talking down on anyone’s opinions is utterly unprofessional. People who consider the so called premium builder come with money. They don’t need to impress your agents who don’t even have basic decency to hold a proper conversation. Their agents need to start acting like normal humans if you want people to bring their business. First impression matters a lot!

Understated, subtle yet elegant...recently built one of the best homes on Henley Beach, bellissimo!!

A very good friend of mine is having an absolute nightmare experience with this builder. Almost 2 years and her home still isn't close to being finished. Problem after problem. Don't even know where to start with it all. DO NOT go with this builder. For such a reputable builder, it appears as though they have no regard for their customers and run their own race. Stear clear!

I had the pleasure of visiting Scott Salisbury's display homes recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The quality of the homes was exceptional, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The team of staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, making the experience all the more enjoyable.What stood out to me the most was the expert assistance that was provided in designing the perfect home. The staff were patient and listened carefully to my needs and preferences, providing me with expert advice and guidance throughout the process. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the end result, which I am pleased to say, exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend Scott Salisbury for anyone looking to build their dream home. The display homes are a true reflection of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each and every one of their builds. The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Overall, a 5-star experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a terrible experience in a Scott Salisbury display home. My husband and I just visited the display homes at Craigburn farm and have one the the bigger plots on hold. We walked in to the Scott Salisbury home the lady didn’t even get up to greet us or qualify us. She was quite arrogant and rude. When we asked how much the display home was which funny enough is well within our budget she then said you can go look at the single story next door assuming this was out of our price range. Maybe Scott Salisbury should rethink how they approach potential customers.

We completed an extension with Scott Salisbury and wrapped it up with mixed opinions.The main issues have arisen after the practical completion. There were a list of outstanding tasks to be completed, and also informed there would a 3 month visit to settle any additional problems that would arise. Around 6 months past and no update to the small tasks nor the return visit, so we made contact. Some of the easier small items were completed, but 2 years on we still have unfinished items.The planning and build phase were acceptable. Obviously with any task this size there were minor issues but overall they were handled professionally and our main contact staff were great (the have left). We are happy with the overall build but extremely disappointed with the after sales service and unfortunately the unfinished items are what I focus on everyday as we live with them. Chipped tiles, screws that have had the heads stripped, unfinished painting etc.
