Very dissatisfied. Never before come across a place you cannot enter to settle in your cat or enter to pick up your cat. Drop at door only which is not acceptable, personal or welcoming. When I persisted to enter the cattery to see my cat, was told the police would be called.!! My cat had NO water in her cage, had very watery eyes, persistent sneezing & coughing & clear weight loss. Very upsetting & definitely would not recommend!

So far, so good. I'll ask the cats when I get back.~~I'm back. ☆ They seem ok.It's probably, to one degree or another, depending on the disposition of the cat, traumatising to be dumped, without explanation or permission, somewhere alien and not know how long they'll be there, or if ever they'll get home or see their beloved and often 'only' people again.Other than that, they are recovering well and beides an expected slight weight loss, they appear to have been looked after well.All good.

Maggie was amazing to get me in before the big storm. My Cats love it there. She is so locong and caring. She has the cats interest at heart and i will always take them to Cats in Boes!!

Had my wives cat here again for the Easter break, they were awesome with him and were flexible with pickup time and drop off as they are by appointment(I wasn't able to pick up till 8pm) would recommend them they are very helpful.

Was able to drop off our cat Crystal when I needed and pick her up a little later than expected, lovely people with total care for their guest in mind, highly recommend.

Would not recommend. You can’t go see where your cat is staying even in the rain you will be asked to wait outdoors.My cat has lost heaps of weight even though I provided my own wet food which is not acceptable. The cat also seem agitated and deprived from interaction when observing his behaviour on his return to his home.Never received a picture of my cat in weeks and only the day I returned to Australia a pic was sent to me.

Lovely to deal with. Very clean and tidy. They currently provide the same food you feed your cat at home at no extra cost(excludes vet specific foods).They have a few different types of rooms for your cat, for example a sun room. All rooms are perfect sizes. They are happy for you to bring along an item or two of comfort for your kitty.Each cat gets time out of their own room to roam around a bigger room by themselves.My cat is very old(19) and has been well looked after each time.Prices are very very good. Overall very happy with the service provided!Would happily recommend Cats in Boes.
