I recommend Jay Woo to any one needs Physio Therapy.He is very excellent.He will do all his best to get you better.I was in so much pain in all over my joints with both knees ,back ,lower back both arms,neck,my both anckles and shin.He made feel pain free today.I did all the excersises he asked me to do and I did.I feel so excellent.So please see Jay Woo for any phsio.He will fix all of it.Good Luck to Jay and wish him a excellent success with his career.Best Regards from Rhina

Met with Adrien yesterday afternoon for an issue with my lower back and hip. Adrien asked a few questions and then got to work. Not only did he find the problem he also communicated with me each step, I left feeling relieved and educated. Some tailored exercises to help strengthen and stretch the problem area.Today has been the first day in three weeks I’ve gone the whole work day without issues or soreness.Looking forward to my next appointment on Wednesday.Thanks Adrien!

Absolutely brilliant and professional service. Great knowledge and practice. Jaewook, my physiotherapist analysed the problem, explained to me in simple terms, treated and setup exercises for me to relieve me of the shoulder pain. Very simplistic approach yet highy effective. Highly recommend Jaewook for treatment.

I've tried several remedies for constant migraines, sock neck and shoulders including seeing an Osteopath. My GP recommended I see Physiofit and Jae has been a wealth of knowledge in my treatment.I've gone from weekly visits to now every few months as the Physio he has provided and instructions for home exercises has greatly minimised my pain and migraines. Highly recommend

JAEWOOK YOO - (Jae) has been managing the pain and inflammation in my archilles for over 6 weeks now. After years of pain, cortisone shots and a feeling of helpnessess, Jae has managed to provide a great deal of relief. He has been guiding me with at home exercise and massage at the Carnes Hill Clinic. The best part is that Jae has not stopped me from doing what I love most - walking! Finally after several years of pain and countless physio visits, I am on track for recovery. Jae listens and works with his clients - higly recommended!!
