Absolutely brilliant, could not fault in any way . Had trouble with our new ducted heating earlier this year and within 10 minutes of looking Jason picked up the problem .Jason definitely knows his stuff . He then proceeded to take the time to explain everything to me and then quickly fixed it .You guys are now my new go if I have any more issues.It is a real treat now to get a service that not only knows their stuff , show professionalism, and value. Pathetic customer service and zero empathy for the customer.The idiot technician couldn't empathize that I'd just had a baby and my Mrs was in the hospital and, I was coming home all the way from the city, just so I can the technicial and have the Rinnai reverse cycle air con replaced (which hasn't worked since the 1st day it was installed, 3 months ago). And that I've waited a long time (3 months) for it to be fixed, and given its winter I REALLY needed it to be fixed before I bring the newborn home so I can use the heating function. So it was really important that we got this sorted today.My only fault was that I'd lost my car keys, so was running late as I had to come via public transport. But the guy completely refused to cooperate.I requested him if he could either wait it out or come back later in the day to which I got a very rude response, I am here. Nah

What can I add that hasn't already been said. Had a new Brivis heating and cooling system installed this week and none of the zones nor the WiFi connection was working. Jarrod, very personable guy, came this afternoon dead on time and he understood the problem, fixed both and then took the time to explain how it all worked. I am extremely pleased with the service. That is what customer service should be. Thanks Jarrod.

Morgan from Priority1 Climate Solutions was prompt courteous and quickly addressed the issue with our 15 yo Brivis evaporative cooler.A final call back the following day to replace an additional small part saw the job completed to everyone's satisfaction. Jarrod came and set up our brivis heater for zoning. He was very helpful and took time to explain the way everything worked. His knowledge for his trade was amazing. A very easy experience. They made the whole process simple. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for heating maintenance.

They are quick, came within 24hrs of my call and Jason is a legend, fixed the old heater and has given it a new (and maybe last) burst of life. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company. They were so efficient right from the initial phone inquiry. The apprentice Dylan arrived on time to install my new heating system. He was very efficient and polite. Morgan also helped with the job and was extremely friendly. I am very happy and the price was extremely reasonable.

I have had nothing but good experiences in using this company. They are honest, punctual and reliable. There are a lot of dodgy companies out their doing heating/cooling repairs, this is not one of them. I can highly recommend.
