Dinner Plain Accommodation

We checked in last Saturday. You can see lots of hair on the carpets. The dinning table is extremely oily. We booked 7 nights with 10 people, but provide only one toilet paper. The worst thing is the hot water system was not working properly, we only can have below body temperature water. I called the reception, the guy told us when the dishwasher was working, we would not have hot water, however, this is not the case!!! This is unbelievably shame customer service!!! We would not come back again in our lives! Not recommended at all!

My time here would have been perfectUnfortunately the accommodation didn't have clean water they moved us next door but that place was worse no fire place black mold on windows such a disappointing event but lucky the snow was so beautiful it was easy to forget the accommodation issues also staff at reception were not as helpful as they could have been ignore most of our calls for help was a disaster

We stayed for a week. This place is amazing! Great village feel. Good facilities with a shop, pub, food outlets and ski hire shops in the village. We had excellent snow and the roads and paths were kept accessible by the snow clearing team. Easy access to the nearby ski and toboggan slopes. Excellent walling trails all around the area. This is truly a beautiful place.

Absolutely brilliant accommodation and beautiful location. We would love to come again in winter.

Excellent accommodation and surroundings. We gad ax1 bedroom and was si spacious....we loved it. The staff here were fantastic also.... always there to help.

Stayed in chalet Piz Gloria, far from impressed with the cleanliness and some appliances. Eaten rat baits behind bed and droppings. Blinds filthy, cobwebs everywhere, dirty tissues under coffee table. Fridge shelves both missing and broken. Cigarette butts all over the deck, Blinds broken. Stains everywhere on lounge chairs etc. just unbelievably poor for the top dollar rates charged. Will take our money elsewhere next time. Oh and I’m pretty sure there’s meant to be smoke alarms on every level of a multi story building….. there is none on the top floor…. Where your kids are supposed to be sleeping !!!

Amazing place, feel like a living in a village and very calm and quiet neighborhood!

Please be extremely careful with this provider. They are quick to grab your money but its an almighty and unnecessary fight to get your money back. We made a mistake a booked with them and sought to cancel pretty much within in a day. They were quick to remind me that their T&Cs dont allow for refunds. (note: their confirmation did not include any T&Cs, you had to dig deep in their website to find it). To their credit they did offer to put the house back on the market and refund if sold, however these grubby bunch then proceeded to double the unit price. Its all unnecessary and stems from a complete lack of customer service and being difficult for no reason. Anyway I am sure they will respond to this review and blame me for booking with them. Moral of the story, avoid at all cost.
