Brad is genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Our two tanks were spotless after he was done. He also took the time to make sure our system was running optimally and recommended and implemented a few improvements. My wife requested the tanks be cleaned without chemicals and he was more than accomodating.We will be using Brad again for all our water systems.

I would recommend Brad from Pristine Water Services as he did an amazing job cleaning my 3 tanks.Glycol had gotten into my gutters and flowed down into my tanks making the water near undrinkable. Brad upon hearing about the glycol problem with our drinking water was able to come and start cleaning my tanks the day after I rang him. I appreciate Brad’s prompt help in getting rid of the glycol. The water is clear and beautiful again now.On top of doing a brilliant job of cleaning the tanks Brad was able to give me a list of tank accessories that needed replacing and once I had purchased them he kindly installed them on the tanks for me. Thank you Brad.

We notice that our tank water had started coming out a bit frothy with an odour.We rang Brad from Pristine Water and he come to clean our tanks out. He cleaned the sediment out of the tanks and treated the water and tested it until prefect.Brad then replaced the cartridge filter with a superior type element resulting in pristine drinkable water.We highly recommend Brads friendly service and promise of pristine water.Thanks Again from Rod & Debbie from Withcott.
