Came here just before close last night and the young staff members on were extremely helpful and were not rushing me at all even though it was a few minutes before they were due to close. Ended up getting exactly what I needed.Amazing staff, very helpful and for an IGA in a small town they have lots of options vegetarian included.

Lovely shop. Very cluttered and with that country town feel. Obviously popular with locals and tourists. The line went down the aisle but moved quickly with good service.

Great variety of goods when in stock.Cluttered and untidy space.Queue is down an aisle and tourists don't know this.Service can be a bit hit and miss .The mini trolleys are handy as is parking.It's not hard to spend 40 plus for a small shop.

Best IGA I’ve ever been to.Good range, but mostly the customer service was amazing. Visited three times on this stay and on two occasions when looking lost, was asked if I needed help. I could not tell you the last time that happened to me at a supermarket.Second visit was in on a busy day, and despite the queue, they had five staff on the registers, and was still served in 3 mins.I saw a few reviews about isle size or organisation of product not being intuitive… Damn, what’s a small business got to do to get a good review.Shout out to the guy at the bottle shop today. Really friendly. I would hire him in a second.

A great store for the locals because the prices are reasonable for Berry standards and there is always friendly staff at the checkout. This would be a 5 star if aisles just had less boxes stacked to get around much easier during peek hours.
