After being given the run around by other service shops and being told a week and half turnaround on chainsaw chain sharpening, I stumbled across Tim. HIs service was incredible, sharpened two chains in under 30 minutes and even oiled and greased the bar at no extra cost. Friendly prompt and economical service and a good bloke to boot. Highly recommended.

Most places these days just sell stuff with minimal service and staff who are disinterested with no product knowledge. Thankfully, Tim is nothing like that service is excellent, very good product knowledge and able to answer all my queries/questions. I bought my first chainsaw from him 3 years ago on recommendation to go there from a friend of mine and always go back to buy oil and accessories even though I live on the other side of Brisbane!

I'm not one to write reviews on Google for anything but i truly believe my purchase at handiyard was one of the most pleasant and genuine customer service experiences I have ever had. I will reccomend Tim to all of my friends and family and cannot speak highly enough of Handiyard. It really was just deadset down to earth aussie hospitality. Do yourself a favour and shop through these guys. I won't be going anywhere else again!

Chainsaw sharpened for $15 and got it done same day. Most other places make you wait a week or so as they only sharpen once a week/fortnight.
