Lovely place how however parking is hideous, council needs to work on that, Dapto is as big as Sydney, please spare some land for decent parking

Friendly staff, and not intrusive at all. The gym equipment is on the older side but still quite functional, more emphasis on machines than free weights, which sadly leads to some cramped spaces. Very reasonable pricing, though.Unfortunately, the classes can be very loud (to the point where I struggle to hear my own music through earbuds) when in the weight room. Also a little frustrated that the facility closes on a Sunday, but I don't blame them for it!Overall one of the better gyms in the area. Even if only for the fact they carry more than a single olympic barbell.
