I am in LOVE with my Pica throw, it's seriously the best spontaneous purchase I made on the Linen House site and now It's one of my most used pieces I own. It's quite durable and weighty, so sleeping under it has been divine on the those summer nights. I love it on my bed and lounge, but I have also taken it to the park and used it to chill on! The oversized tassels make it look so chic. Love it. Thanks LH! :)

Just visited the outlet for the fourth time. Never been disappointed! There's a steady supply of basics and The samples and random end of line quilt cover sets are plenty to keep any linen connoisseur happy. Love the $3 bargain cushion cover bin. The staff are incredibly helpful and have ordered items for me in the past. What's better, year round prices are better than any of the stocktake sales.

I ordered the Collette Dinnigan Amalfi sheet set and I'm obsessed! The photography doesn't do it justice. The customer service chat was extremely helpful with my product query and my order came very quickly. Very impressed!

Came on Saturday as was advised stores had open. It was not. Very dissapointed, as we made the drive all the way here. Attached is photo with new COVID-19 opening hours.

Got an Elysian Ink Quilt Cover Set and was very disappointed. Quality is not good, and the color is not 'ink' but blue. It does not resemble at all what is on their website.

The WORST Customer Service I have ever received when I went to their Hastings Store on Saturday. The Lady was EXTREMELY RUDE, had NO idea what she was doing had NO Idea how to deal with an easy Exchange, got Aggressive instead. It wasn't my fault I bought a Doona Cover that was missing a Pillow Case and had to return it so it could get returned to the Warehouse so they could send out another one as they didn't have one in store. The RUDE Lady could have Brushed her hair and ironed her shirt before opening for Business as First Impressions really count just as much as Customer Service. I certainly WON'T be buying anything from this shop ever again.

I loved our recent online purchase of quilts and pillows from Linen House. 24 hour turn around from ordering on the Linen House web page. Just came in time for my fiance birthday. I will definitely purchase again online!
