Very friendly and accommodating staff. Knew their procedures and assisted throughout consultation. Time-consuming but good atmosphere. Good glasses and work well.

Friendly optometrist and lady who undertook the Audiometry check. The optometrist truly went out of his way to ensure that I had the best contact lenses for my needs, and was so calm and explained the processes during my test.

An excellent, friendly team - very accommodating guiding a nervous individual such as I. The consultants were supremely helpful & patient helping find a pair of shades and glasses for my face that didn't make me look like a beetle and were just what I needed to not make me feel self conscious. This team know what they're doing. Seamless is the word that comes to mind.

Went in to get an eye test and get new glasses. Had the most lovely experience and Sandra was so helpful. She was genuinely excited to help and I am honestly so happy with her help. She was lovely to talk to and she made the whole thing a much more fun ordeal.

Went 3 weeks ago and got eyes tested and ordered and paid for new glasses. Rang today couldn't find order. They rang me back saying they accidentally ordered under my brothers name and his prescription Into frames. How's this possible when they asked me my date of birth about 3 times that day. Now I have to wait 2 + weeks for them to be remade. Not happy I need them now.

I've been a Specsavers customer for many years and in the past have been using the Morayfield store, service there has always been friendly, courteous and efficient.Unfortunately I can't give the same comment about the Bribie store ( our local store ), went there for the 1st time in 2021 and came back only a few weeks ago for my 2022 check and glasses, my first contact was with a staff member who's name I couldn't see because she wasn't wearing a name tag , but I'll certainly remember her for her rude and abrupt manner, which I politely pointed out to her, however it did in no way change her demeanor.I mentioned this to the optometrist as well, but it was obviously beyond his control.This will be the last time I use this store and will take my business back to Morayfield or another company.The 2 stars rated are for the younger lady who was at least pleasant to deal with when I picked up my glasses.Not recommended.
