Helpful and friendly staff; acknowledged me immediately after entering, helped me to find what I needed and was out the door in only a couple of minutes.

Open late which is handy

I've always tried to shop locally. Once service would was good here but after my last visit I'll never return and recommend others be wary.In short, staff and even owner - whom i ended up in contact with on the phone - went to simply unbelievable lengths to try to deny either a refund or exchange on clearly defective goods they had sold me, which I had purchased but a day earlier - and all this despite my furnishing those goods in the package they were sold in and with a receipt. One excuse after another, from having a new point of sale and not knowing how to use their own till, to supposed discrepancies on the goods they had sold me - in their own provided packaging! - were made. Even claims that i had seen the goods before sale, and this somehow meant I knew what i was getting were made, as if this excused these goods from physically falling apart less than a day later, in a manner that was unmistakably a manufacturing issue - which wasn't in dispute - and not wear and tear related!! They shamed themselves by asking me to go to endless lengths. First there was the proof of purchase, which i furnished in two different forms, then the original box (which wouldn't have been needed for an exchange), then finally, I was arbitrarily asked to come back another day to the store after my second trip back! I asked why but no reason was given.After providing everything asked for - which was well beyond my obligations - it was being asked to come back another day that was the bridge too far.In the end, after putting up with incompetence and even innuendos of accusation, I had to remind them of their lawful obligations and threaten them to comply with a consumer affairs complaint - which, despite inconvenience, I'm still strongly considering anyway.I will be avoiding their business n future, and i recommend others do the same.
