On-time , plan services are fantastic. I’ve never had an issue with an invoice being paid late.I did query an invoice for you received today to be paid and I spoke to them regarding how yet invoice was presented as it didn’t make sense to me because it was all in the codes system that Ndis love, Martina was very helpful at explaining what the codes meant.

I've been with various plan managers over the last 5 years and none have even come close to OnTime Plan services. They are so friendly, helpful, and get things done. Multiple times now I have emailed invoices for reimbursement and I always recieve a reply that they have processed and completed it within hours. Any time I have a question or issue (which doesn't happen often) they go above and beyond to help, all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

I have had only positive experiences with the service. My invoices are sent to me for approval, and I regularly receive an update on how my payments are tracking with my plan. I have recommended the service to others as I know that they won't be let down. I have had occasionally asked about a procurement and have been given sound guidance as to what I can do.I highly recommend OnTime Plan Services.
