Got the team to fit a redarc tow pro for my boat, needed a live wire connected into Pin #2 (had to be done a specific way as the trailer required it to activate the brakes for the boat) - They took on the job no issues and completed it without any fuss. Tested the Trailer on the boat and all is working fine.The boat company said alot of people don't do the live wire correctly causing issues, these guys took the time and made sure it was done right the first time around.Good Service, Good Price, Highly Recommend for Towbars, Electrics, Brake kits.

Had Aranda install towbar and electrics in 2007 on my Golf MK5. I recently had a problem with my electrics. Turns out the problem was some connections had come unstuck. They repaired for no charge despite me offering to pay. From booking in advance, the polite staff and efficient service, the customer experience could not have been any better.

Thought I would ignore the negative reviews and have a tow bar fitted here. Was told the wait would be two hours. They were generous enough to point me in the direction of a nice little café up the road. 2 1/2 hours later my car sat, still in the parking lot, untouched. It was not until I approach the front counter and I asked on the progress of my car that I was informed that work had not begun due to an employee falling behind - there was no attempt to let me know so that I could make other arrangements and not wait there, for another two hours. Needless to say, I asked for my keys back. I will not be returning.

Googling got me confused about the tow bar I needed. Picked up the phone, gave tag a call and was promptly helped to make my decision to get exactly what I need.Great service.

I brought my dad’s x5 in for a towbar fitment. Was quoted for a BMW600H kit. Paid for a BMW600H.The manager tried shooing me out the door when I came to pick it up, and clearly hadn’t done any quality checks of his staff’s work before handing over the keys.Not only was the incorrect towbar fitted (not BMW600H, definitely not a European towbar), we ended up with missing and damaged clips, a misfitted rear fender, scratches on the bumper and had found that the left tail light bulb had shorted from rewiring. 3 of the 4 hinges that attach the lip protecting the split fold of the boot door were cracked and damaged.When concerns regarding the damage were brought up, they denied any accountability for poor workmanship. Overall unprofessional, no accountability and not worth the stress. Don’t bring your car here unless you don’t care about collateral damage.

Absolutely awesome service, really happy with the fitment of my towbar and electric braking system on my Triton. The integration of the electric brake controller is excellent and looks like it was meant to be there. Would recommend these guys!

Failed to have any concern of the quality they produce. First time attending the shop was for bull bar and plates to be replaced as the old bar was damaged. Failed to fit the bar in the correct alignment to chassis. Failed to install mounting bolts to inner Gaurd . As you could imagine this was great on the highway flapping around. Failed to re install bash plates to car. Broke off attachment bolts of bash plate removing old bash plates. And simply turn around to customer and say they can’t fix this you’ll have to find some one else .Returned car for rectification work and had marked out the issues with a green high lighter for ease of repair.Even on second attempt car was still missing mounting bolts to inner guard even though this error had been heavily high lighted in green on the car for them.One of the spot lights rub on front bumper but apparently this is my fault for the bar I picked. But the other one is fine?Great shop if you have no idea on cars or automotive and don’t care if your nearly fitted items fall off or don’t work correctly .

I shopped around for a towbar for my old Forester and Aranda was the cheapest and provided knowledgeable advice on the phone. The customer service when I got the bar installed was friendly and efficient. Value for money. I'll be back.
