I was referred to Connect Legal. On 9 August 2022 I made an inquiry and was contacted by Jake. Jake told me to write to my employer first prior to being able to help me. Jake instructed me to contact my employer to find out if they might have been paying my super into another account for the past 11 years.After my correspondence they Lawyered up and I was sent a formal letter from their representative.On 29 August 2022 I got back to Jake to advise same; and that there was no other account. I had scoured every super payment statement since 2004 to present and my employer had failed to make any payments. And that I had received a formal letter in response.Jake did not acknowledge my correspondence and did not reply. I have since called. I have emailed. I have even made another web inquiry; but no-one at all will answer my enquiries; nor have I been told they don't want to represent me.I made my last inquiry a couple of weeks ago and left a message for Jake No reply and No return call. Common decency to reply it seems is too much to expect. As was the professional courtesy to just tell me you are not interested in taking on my case. I now look like a real idiot unable to respond. Thank you for an awful experience, at a time when I needed support.

I can't thank the team at Connect legal enough. They did a great job settling my matter. They were completely honest about how It was likely to end. There was no BS" which is what you want from a law firm. I highly recommend the team and want to thank Jake

I was given terrible advice by Richard. Next phone call I was told by Jake sorry can't help you now I shouldn't have done what Richard advised me to do.Even just getting a hold of the same person was impossible.Horrendous. Richard and Jake are both the main people to discuss matters with, Don't waste your time or regret calling this place. Big mistake, big regret.
