Recently had my hair cut - Shaved sides and basic trim of longer hair on top. $30 men's cut. Got home and checked the mirror, side burns were completely different from one side to the other, I had to cut them to 3mm above my ears. Where the shaved sides met the long hair, about 2mm was not shaved at all, leaving old length short Mohawks on either side of of the long hair when it was slicked back. Useless, and defeats the purpose of getting my hair cut as I now have to pay someone else to cut my hair properly.

I have experienced excellent service over many years. If you want to be certain of being attended to, don't risk arriving close to closing, as the staff need to assess how many clients they can manage in the time left.

I've been a loyal customer of 11 years, but too many times I've been turned away at 11:20am when they claim to be open until noon. Not an easy thing to do when you have kids with sports commitments and can only get a cut on a Saturday. A lot of new staff come and go and really don't care and the owner who is never there anymore clearly doesn't care about losing customer like me and anyone else I'll be sure to tell to stay clear!
