I've been doing up an aging Nissan Patrol Ute & had been shopping around for a winch bar with major suppliers around town. Responses I'd been getting varied from we don't have one in stock for your car & we're not likely to produce them ever again" to "I reckon we could find a bar to fit but there's a 4 month wait for the work shop" to nearly getting into an argument with the "Patrol expert" at another prominent supplier over whether the Ute was a series 3 or a series 4.In my experience TJM have their competition covered. These guys are the best in the business around Newcastle. Micheal, the owner took the time to hear what Nicole and I wanted when piecing together our new tourer. Throughout the 3 week build process at his shop he was flexible to our needs and changes. He also helped us save money in the build. Would give zero if i could Purchased a few thousand dollars worth of gear through them only to be sold the wrong mounting kit for my model ute then was told to exchange for correct mounting kit the old one had to be in packaged new condition abit hard when the last bracket was the problem bracket then once I was told that' this is the kit they have been installing so if you own a late model 2022 bt50 or dmax check your passenger side rear mount aint the wrong one and causing damage to your fuel lines since that the kit they been using and not the updated one.once I was told they are going to send the correct bracket for the stuff around since then have not had calls returned and now they always seem to be out with customers every time we call and still don't get a call back. They got there money they don't care about the customer or little people.

TJM XGS Roamer GVM upgrade 200 series Landcruiser 2014 Sahara.Big thanks to Ray Swanson for spending over an hour asking us all the questions before suggesting what we needed. Which was a full Engineered GVM upgrade from 3350kg to 3800kg.The cruiser drives great around town or towing 3T of caravan.Money well spent.

Went there today at 1328hrs... because in their website they're open, its raining hard that time. I check in using NSW and mask. The girl approached me, but because its raining hard I step forward inside (approx 1-2 steps from the door)I was inquiring about Electric brake controller and installation. Visited location for a browse and to get advice. Hubby and I were blown away with the advice we received. The gentleman put us on the right track with what we needed to do with our Nissan Narava.

Staff are not very helpful spent 15 minutes wandering the shop while 3 staff sat behind the counter before I had to walk up and asked for assistance. Also had a vehicle in there getting work done and communication with the booking time and when the vehicle was ready was non existent. Would not recommend this place to anyone
