Bunnings Lake Haven

Great selection of goods and friendly staff. My mum shops here so often .. usually for gardening products .. that the staff greet her by her first name! I love that little personal touch!

Great store, my wife & I shop here regularly but find the garden department could be a bit better as various vegetable plants we have bought there have been hit n miss for quality. Be nice if they used a few more suppliers for products in this area. Seems current nursery suppliers not using best quality seedlings.

Poor customer service. Very hard to find someone that works there and when you do see someone, they don't offer help. Walk straight past, if you do ask for help, they generally don't know what they're talking about. I loaded 12 sheets of fibro onto my trailer while 2 young bunnings blokes in the timber yard watched. Can't get help in the tool section either. Apart from that it's a large bunnings and usually has a wide selection. Undercover parking is a plus

I Normally really love bunnings, but only reason I’m leaving feedback is because they have only the self checkout machines available or one lane with a store assistant. The self checkout machines only accept card, and unfortunately I had to use cash. So I had to wait behind three people with trolleys full of items just to buy two items with cash. So instead of a quick stop to bunnings, it turned into a 30 minute one as store assistants were unhelpful with finding items then having to wait a while in the service lane due to paying with cash. Call me impatient, but I don’t have all day.

Great store. Alot of staff are fantastic, but alot also ignore you and avoid you at any cost when you are looking for someone to ask questions. It is a bit sad.

It only takes ONE, in this case the one was on the tools desk. Customer service is an art form, and today the person serving me at the tool desk had ZERO form.After today I will be looking at other shops to buy my tools. Maybe the lady needs a refresher course on basic politeness.Today was such a shame, been a customer for years but I have never been offended in such a manner as I was today......Ok Just had to go and RETURN an item and of course buy some more stuff, Jade and Leeann made the return a very easy process! And thanks to Pam on the door for her good advice!The new store is excellent. There is a much larger range of everything. The parking is undercover, good for the rain or the hot summers!The trade area is well done with easy access!The delivery service is excellent and timely! In the event a mistake is made, they have always been quick to rectify it!Today we tried their little cafe. It is well priced and the lovely young lady was very friendly. The vanilla slice was excellent (and I am a vanilla slice connoisseur). The coffee was good.The plates are eco friendly as are the cups. So Bunnings cafe deserves an A+ for their eco efforts!

Went in to buy a lambs wool pad for my deck applicator as I had the handle & base at home but for the extra couple of dollars I bought a complete applicator such is the way they get you to buy the complete unit by over pricing the pads
