Rosie's Wax N Beauty

Threading was a disaster, Rosie trimmed without permission when I laminate my eyebrows. The top has a divet on one side also. Then when I paid, asked for more than what she advertises with no explanation as to why. I stupidly went back for a spray tan. The messiest application I have ever had. She doesn't put clean towels where you stand so the first thing I noticed was I stood in someone else's spray and the bottom of my feet are black. She also way over sprayed feet and hands. They are absolutely disgusting. I have gone through a whole bag of baking soda to try and fix and it still won't come off. I am so disappointed. I will never go there again for anything.

This is the only place I go to when I need my eyebrows done. Super friendly, painless and I get so many compliments. Highly recommend Rosies!

Arrived and was told we had to wait 20 minutes because in her own words “this client is difficult”. The room was unhygienic and the waxer had a terrible attitude. She started waxing without giving me any heads up and when I told her it hurt and to stop for a minute she held my leg down and kept going. She told me to stop moving or do it myself, huffed and sighed the entire process, waxed off a scab I told her to be careful around and was in such a rush she missed a bunch of spots. She left the room around 4 times and when she was finished she opened the door when I was not dressed and told me to just put my shoes on outside so she could get the next client in. She also just flipped over the sheets I was just waxed on for the next client. I have had other waxes and they have all been fine but this was such a bad experience I don’t recommend anyone goes here.

I always go there due to convenience. They just charge you more than advertised without letting know the increased rate. The staff in the afternoon is terrible. Whenever I go there she just tells me she is busy. And if I managed to get through, the room is terrible and unhygienic. I will never go there again.

I came here last week for eyebrow wax & tint and lash lift & tint, I could not be happier with how everything looks. Definitely recommend Rosie’s

Eyebrow threading/ tinting: I like a full, sharp shaped brow. I dont laminate and have dark prominant hair. Their thread & tint are Good and Quick for me. Helped me make sure this was a better pick of service over hot wax for my brows. Cared about my skin. May be different for someone with a more modern looking brow (laminate/ fullt brushed out/no trim look). Also, not the most comfortable body/bikini wax experience - the tables in the room should face the other way, not the door, as youre exposed to the door swinging open. And no towel provided to cover privates/ lower half.It has some good services, but also may need updating. Probably best to go in with clear communication of what exactly you want, with the intention of seeking whether you like it or not for yourself first.
