Went in store thinking I had a warranty issue with my vacuum. Turns out it was a me problem. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff member diagnosed the fault and fixed it right there and then. Thank you so much Godfreys it is a pleasure doing business with you.

My partner and I were looking for a robo vac but with so many options on the market, we didn't know where to start.We preferably like to see our options locally first so we gave Godfrey's a visit.We were greeted by Ron who was so helpful and very knowledgeable.After some in-store demonstrations Ron made it very easy to decide on which option suited our needs.Thank you again, we will definitely be back!

I recently bought the Godfrey’s vacuum cleaner & I can’t fault it. It’s got great flexibility, reliability, well considered design, easy to use, lightweight, excellent suction power, easy to clean & quiet. Having 2 battery’s makes it so easy to continue on with the task at hand. Far superior design than other well known brands I’ve had.

Great customer service. A big thank you to Jo, Kylie and Ron for the excellent service they provided me. My carpet cleaner broke down just as we were moving. They sourced the part and had my carpet cleaner fixed and ready for pick up in under 48 hours. Thanks guys.
