I have six various items now sitting here and apparently delayed. Looking at the reviews, I'm wondering if I'll ever receive them. This place and it's workers need to be investigated for theft, as packages can't be lost indefinitely, are the workers here pocketing them?

The system here do not correlate with the app. The backend system when you call Auspost is vastly different from the updates you get via the app.Stand outside your house all day, have cameras or anything and they still say attempt a delivery when they never turn up.While your package gets to go on a all round trip around Sydney. The Bermuda Triangle of Australia Post. Here's a tip: if you're buying something online from a shop, check if it's in stock anywhere in Sydney. It's faster and cheaper to pick up in store than risk the horror of Chullora. Even if you have to drive from one end of Sydney to the other. The biggest complaint about Chullora is the drivers. Three times I've seen a driver go past my home without stopping. Other times I could see from the tracking that the driver went straight to my local post office and never bothered with my street. You can stand outside your home and get an update on your phone that says 'attempted delivery'. I did this several times and the street was totally empty. Customers in my local post office laugh out loud when someone says Chullora". It's so sad because my local posties are awesome at their job and they cop all the complaints."

Like others, my time sensitive package came here and disappeared. Call them up and get absolutely no service. What an absolute joke auspost is. Wonder if the watches they bought as gifts got lost in the mail too. Absolute waste of time this mob is!

So what I ordered we’ll over a week ago was taken to Chullora post facility and I thought okay cool it will be here tomorrow or, it arrived Tuesday and it didn’t update all week until Friday night! Then the parcel has gone to villawood when for what?? It could of been already delivered by now what a joke

Waited for my parcel for 3 weeks but not any updates after it was in this warehouse. The customer service told me it was lost coz they searched my parcel on COMPUTER but nothing matched. Unbelievable! They search a ‘lost’ parcel just by typing numbers on computer rather than calling someone in the warehouse finding something with a real human way. Have some common sense! If you lost your key, will you try to find it on phone, or will you try to find it by using your eyes, hands and foot?

I feel to give zero rating if it is possible. I know they will not take this review seriously because I already complained 3-4 times to Australia post without solving a problem they closed and resolved the case. A driver of this Burwood Australia post never press intercom, never give a call and never leave a sorry we missed you card because he never come to my address. It is really annoying because it’s been more than 10 times. This driver doesn’t have an honesty in his job, just a lazy. Today they did too much today I am really frustrated with this driver. Driver from other courier they always call me and press intercom but this Australia post is the worst one. They cannot do whatever they want. Even after complaining the driver repeating same thing. They should take this review seriously and talk to their driver.

Had the misfortune of having my parcel processed at this facility. Instead of sending it on to a facility closer to my location, they decided to post it to the other side of the country adding an extra week and a half on to the delivery time.

It is a considerably large television package and thus, highly unlikely to be misplaced. Are the personnel in this establishment unethically seizing customer's belongings? Wanna give 0 star if I can.”(old, incorrect info)—————————UPDATE—————————To those who didn’t receive their parcels. Contact the sender of the parcel (in my case, Dell). Because StarTrack’s express parcel cannot be delivered to a PO Box/Parcel Collect/Parcel Locker/Post Office,(Premium parcel can) and my parcel was transferred to the original courier, DB Schenker due to above reason.[Here is the thing, there is a BUG that may have caused all comments here to be super angry:After StarTrack return this package to original courier, the tracking WILL NOT BE UPDATED FOREVER!!! Plus, the sender of my parcel, Dell, did not inform me any of above information!!! Moreover, after I called them for several times, they, not only told me to collect the parcel by myself, but also LIED about the parcel pickup info: they want me to collect a parcel that was returned to them a week ago! Image how frustrated and mad I was when I went all the way to the depot and found they lied to me:(
