I can say the quality is always absolutely top notch, prices are very reasonable, and the service is exceptional.Whether it is gas installations, new bathroom and kitchen fit-outs, repair and relocation work. Ari and his team have completed all of these for me without hesitation and with the best quality and service.Cant recommend enough! Over a year ago, we were looking to install a new gas connection to the house, I came across IT Flows plumbing where we spoke with Ari & he guided us through the process of contacting the gas company to have the initial connection installed. Once the gas company made the connection ( which was 6 weeks later!) I proceeded to contact IT Flows plumbing to see what the next steps were to having this connection completed in the house. Ari promptly came over to quote and we agreed to proceed with the job. The team managed to run the main gas line through the house without any issues, connected a gas hot water system and gas fire place all in one day.From start to finish the communication, professionalism and reliability has been consistently above standard and I can say that dealing with IT Flows Plumbing has been one of the easiest and smoothest processes I have ever done with any kind of “trade”. As previous experiences have been met with no shows, overpriced quotes or unprofessional representatives, we were happy to find a plumber we could count on to have the work completed efficiently and under budget. We are now in the process of mending a collapsed storm water pipe with the recent rain which we are using IT FLOWS plumbing again - I would not hesitate to recommend using the team at IT FLOWS PLUMBING due to their A+ service.
