The best property agents. Sue Cale and Rebecca Waters were my agents and both of them organised all the necessary services whenever or whatever were needed in my property without any delays. They were always polite and helpful. I am greatly appreciative of Tima Pereira's services. Tima had been my property manager for seven years looking after an investment for me until I sold it recently. From time to time, Tima provided me with valuable advice, assisted me with tasks not normally a property manager would do, taking away all the hassle from me. I am highly recommending Tima.

I want to thank Cale Property and in particular Tima. She was so wonderful to work with, kind and responded with urgency when issues presented.As a first time nervous renter, I was grateful to have someone as beautiful as Tima to help look after our property and myself.

I haven’t been a tenant of these guys for about 2-3 yrs but someone mentioned them the other day and it brought back horrible memories! Cale property are THE most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful agents I’ve ever come across. Anytime I called due to something needing to be fixed they acted like it was the end of the world. My lights had water leaking from them from a big downpour we had and the attitude I received was disgusting and they didn’t see it as a priority. The way I was spoken to constantly was patronising and rude. They have no respect for tenants. If I could give 0 stars I would. None of them have any manners or customer service skills. They even did an inspection of my house without telling me, they just left a card saying they had been. When looking at properties represented by Cale make sure you read the reviews!
