Had been a member of Central Coast Leagues Fitness for a good few years, before I had a year long hiatus for travel. Coming back into the new Coast Fitness HQ has been spectacular. What was already a great gym is now a perfect gym. The new machines are 10/10, plenty of equipment to go around even when it’s busy, the place is ALWAYS clean and it just looks a lot fresher and more modern than it once did. One thing stayed the same though, the awesome staff that are always friendly and happy to help. You’re seriously doing yourself a disservice by going to any other gym on the coast.

I have been a member here for over 10 years and have observed the evolution from Genesis to CCLF to Coast Fitness HQ. Its current incarnation is by far the best with management pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into renovations, new gym equipment, the sauna upgrade and recently overhauling the hot yoga heating system. For less than $18 per week you will not find a facility with the standard of equipment and variety of fitness and yoga classes under one roof in a central location close to public transport with plenty of off street parking plus creche, sauna and a steam room. Yes, there have been a few teething issues but the overall benefits outweigh the minor inconveniences. If you are not sure, sign up for a free trial, compare it with other gyms on the coast and decide what is best for you.

Awesome gym setup with all new equipment & great layout for the beginner to the most experienced lifter. The timetable offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels. Friendly members & staff will always make you feel comfortable & encouraged. Definitely check it out.

After a year-long hunt, I finally stumbled upon the perfect fitness spot here on the coast, and it's safe to say that I am over the moon.From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a sense of belonging. The community at this gym is truly something special, and it's evident that everyone here is dedicated to helping one another succeed.And let's talk about the equipment - WOW. They've just invested a whopping 1.2 million dollars into the gym, and it shows. Whatever sport or workout you're after, they've got the gear to make it happen. And not only that, but the staff are knowledgeable and always willing to lend a helping hand.Personally, I find myself looking forward to my daily workouts here. It's rare to find a gym that ticks all the boxes, but this one certainly does. If you're in the market for a new fitness home, I highly recommend checking this place out - you won't regret it!

I love the hot yoga, I followed the Bikram from evolve into CCLC. I am just coming back from a long injury, and all the lovely teachers are still there, but what is really disappointing is that the new management seem not to want to give it any attention. All the money spent on the gym, and the hot yoga hasn’t had any attention, there isn’t as many classes and they moved their booking app with out any real communication or warning. It’s like they don’t want to yoga studio, which has boosted their membership for years. It’s a shame cause I think they will succeed.

I’ve been going to this gym on and off for years now but for the last 4 years it’s been my only gym, it’s affordable, has great facilities, a sauna, steam room, plenty of new equipment so you’re never waiting to use anything and clean, friendly staff to greet you, classes for everyone and in a great central location. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

We normally can book the class through the apps. Now we are forced to book the class through this website which is very clumsy and hard to navigate. Also, there's no feedback or contact form for comments on your website.Can some staff turn on the heat at least 15 minutes before the hot yoga classes?It used to have chair outside the yoga studio that we can put our shoes back on. Now I have to sit on the rowing machine to put on my shoes.

Central coast league's is great its very big .had lunch they today .the staff were very friendly and helpful and that right from the front door to the restaurant and in between. Our meals were very big and very nice.price wasn't bad either

Love the yoga classes! Frequent quality yoga classes that fit around standard work hours during the week and classes on weekends. The Pilates classes they have are great too and the new equipment is awesome!
