I ordered a Hot and Spicy pizza, I was not expecting the quality to be this good the filling was very generous, and the crust was baked perfect and definitely not dry. The Pizza was full of flavor, it was also well presented. I stop going to the competition in Merrylands years ago.If you want a Pizza that actually tastes great give Merrylands Pizza Hut ago.

I ordered two pizzas and garlic bread via Uber eats. Received it and got cockroaches inside pizza boxes. See the video and this shop should investigate by council and health dept.They offered me the refund and two new pizzas which I refused as this store got pest issue for sure. Nick (manager) said they done the pest control two days ago which is hard to believe.GUYS watch carefully before you eat unless cockroaches baked and dead inside.

I ve been quite few times in Pizza Hut Merrylands. Pizzas aren't too bad, good prices. But I've noticed the hygiene and cleanliness of the place is bad and the day I had to use a toilet I almost passed out. The odour and dirt, grime , unordered. I was able to see their storage and kitchen. I have noticed the problem before but I haven't seen the whole picture. It's disgusting. Place like this doesn't deserve any customers. I will never go back there

Worst service ever! Been waiting 2 hrs for my food. Store tells me it will be there in 3-4 minutes after I have already waited 80 minutes. Called the store a further 6 times, no answer. Finally got through to be told my order is already delivered. Asked for a refund and he said my food was delivered. Not to me Pizza Hut! Garbage service and guess what the food taste like nothing because it's not here! Now I have to wait 4-5 days for a refund. 0 stars, google made me put 1 just to post this, but it doesn't match the poor service. 1 star is too generous. Don't waste your time ordering from them. Order from Domino's and my food is already on its way. They're not delinquent enough to deliver to someone else and advise the customer they've already received it because their drivers call you to confirm.

Pizzahuts great but this branch in particular is the worst. Ordered wings which they didnt cook properly, 2 wings were stuck together while cooking so wet/raw batter was left in between. Sauce was not even mixed in. Customer service was also incredibly bad they argued with me that it was cooked well but obviously it was not.

Apart from waiting a while, the pizza is horrible. No joke it’s only tastes a little better than the frozen oven made pizzas that you can buy for $5 from woolies. Pizza Hut has truly lost its way since the late 90’s early 2000’s!

For a large midnight catering, ordered 25+ Pizzas, with a bundle of sides , for last delivery of the night. Dominoes wouldn’t deliver that late. Spoken to the owner about the importance of timely delivery and quality. Have to admit was worried, but they pulled through and delivered to time along with good presentation and quality. No complaints. Despite the negative reviews I see on here, I think the Pizza Hut Merrylands store has the capability and potential to live up to the Pizza Hut brand intentions.

Order was easy, delivery person was super nice… pizza not so much. Arrived cold, undercooked, sloppy… and as you can see many prices without cheese (on a cheese pizza!). :(

The staff were very nice, the order was ready when it was stated on the website.The meat lovers pizza was tasty, the Hawaiian was ok.The presentation could be better, the cheese and toppings overflowed over the crust which makes it look sloppy and harder to grab.The cookie was very good, gooey chocolate inside was delicious.The price was reasonable, $23 for 2 pizzas and a dessert, however without a meal the pizzas are a bit overpriced at around $14 each.I ordered the pizzas online via the website on my phone and it was a terrible experience. The website has a lot of issues compared to Domino's which is much easier to use and it probably took me three times longer to order, also you can't order via PayPal which is one of the most popular payment methods, not everyone has a credit card.
