Madi taught me everything I know to be a successful Tanning Technician.Her training was fantastic and her passion and enthusiasm was infectious, it truely created a positive and encouraging learning environment. Her teaching methods was hands on and interactive that allowed me to practice my skill to apply the knowledge I gained! She is super friendly and able to provide deep insight on the best tan outcome for all skin types and tones!

I have used Tanzola multiple times and will continue to. They are always on time, make me feel comfortable and the tan is always so perfect! Madi does such a great job and the tan feels so nice compared to other tans. I even bought a tanning suit to sleep in from Tanzola. Would highly recommend!

The at home tanning kit is absolutely amazing! Gave me the deepest bronze without leaving a bad odour, streaks or looking unnatural. I’ve received so many compliments when wearing this product and it is so long lasting, perfect addition to anyone’s kit! Highly recommend their customer service team as well!

Great service but really unhappy with the tan. I booked a Tanzola tan last week to try for the first time. The service and technician were lovely, however I was really disappointed with the tan. I requested a natural violet-based tan as I have a dark complexion so the technician used the Violet 15% Solution, applied 2 coats (with no option for 1 coat) and advised to leave on for 4-6hrs or up to 8hrs. I washed it off early at 3.5hrs and woke up the following morning bright orange with 'blotchy' hands/feet/knees/elbows. I spent my morning desperately trying to scrub off the tan as I had a shoot that day and was so embarrassed to show up with an uneven and orange tan. The owner followed up 4 days later via text and I shared my dissatisfaction. The owner advised that they had made errors and should have moisturised the feet/hands/knees/elbows prior, only 1 coat, and should advised to wash off after 2 hours. After providing feedback, no partial/refund was offered. The only attempt for resolution was a discount of a future tan. I advised I wouldn't be booking again and there was no response text from the owner. Unsure if this was an isolated experience, but it was enough to deter me from ever booking again.
