I was having troubles with my car starting and called Volks Elite, Rob said he was super busy but offered a load of help over the phone which is more than any other mechanic was able to give me.He then offered to drive out to my car and check it for me! He came within the hour and was able to pretty much narrow down exactly what it could be. He didn't expect anything in return and was just such a good guy.Will definitely be coming to Volks Elite anytime I need help with my car! Thank you so much :)

Some of the best service I’ve had with getting any car worked on. Rob is truly a guru with cars and engines and he got my kombi driving like a dream. Will be going back for sure.

I had a minor incident in my VW Golf R and wanted it to be assessed to determine the damage. I called Volks Elite and Rob said to bring it in. I took my car to Volks Elite that same morning and although Rob was busy, he made the time to assess my car and confirm what would be required to repair. Rob was professional and friendly. I will be going back for my repair and I would highly recommend Volks Elite to others. Thanks heaps!
