Went for a quote and my impression is that these guys just want easy insurance work, not at all interested in anything not straight foward and consisting of replacement parts. Wont sand or strip old paint. Find somewhere else overpriced and not interested.

Our accident ,meant we were allocated Selective, at Brooklyn,by Vicroads:We were told they couldn't tow our car back home to Geelong,which we have found out since,they were required to, by Vicroads (less than 125km).This meant we had to pay for a second tow,five days later(the earliest available that wasn't Selective)Meanwhile Selective were charging us $25 a day,a charge they didn't make us awsre of,as they were supposed to do(they also came up with a further $20 charge for something about excess mileage ,somewhat ironic!.The total charge,including the legitimate $380 second tow to Geelong, was $830.I think we were taken advantage of in a vulnerable position. These people are sanctioned by Vicroads ,so if you find yourself at the mercy of Selective;Good luck!

Pray they don't tow your car. Dealt with Eddie, what a nightmare! Had to enlist another towing company to speak on my behalf. Avoid at all costs

I highly recommend selective smash repairs incase of an accident. I got my car back in just about 2 days post all the paperwork required and approval from insurance company. David and Eddie have a wonderful crew to make life easy.

Had my car repaired by selective smash repairs and was very happy with the way I was looked after and my car came back looking great could not have been happier with it all.I would recommend selective smash repairs to fix your car.

Good old fashion service, quality repairs

They do not even deserve a star—what a Terrible and nightmare experience with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Kiren was super helpful towing our car, organising a hire car and keeping us informed with updates throughout the repair process. Was about 3 weeks from crash to repair.Unfortunately our car was pretty dirty and dusty inside after the repair.
