WESTSIDE WINDOW TINTING. Mobile Car, Home & Office Window Tinting

i had my car tinted on the 21/10/2022 by DEAN, i choose Rayno S9 darkest legal, i trusted his work, coincide another tint shop did some testing on my film, he took one rear piece of my car, said to me the film is not Rayno S9, the heat reduction only reach 70-73%, and he told me the S9 should have 92-94% heat reduction.i called Dean on the day, he said its a mistake, film put in the wrong box. on the 29/11/2022 Dean removed the wrong film and replaced correct film, i am still waiting for a test from other tint shop, make sure its what i paid. i am still waiting for Dean to fix my window, he cut too deep. 7 days gone, no phone call from him. i got few questions: 1: how can you make mistake about the film? expensive to cheap? 2: how many people will do a testing of the film after install to the windows? if i dont remove mine, i will never know this is happening. i will never know i got a cheaper film on my car, i paid for the expensive S9 got a s5 or other brand cheaper film ? hope Dean can contact me ASAP to fix my window cut bu him.

Have to recommend these guys, I have spent money on tinting before and results have been average on quality and expensive, but these guys are the best so far, professional results and a quality job at a fair price, I wouldnt use anyone else, if you use these guys you get a quality job.
