I just had the best dress shopping experience with Vanessa the other day, she is very helpful and friendly and no pushy at all. I felt so comfortable when I was browsing in the shop, they have so many pretty dresses too. I felt bad when she was alone in the shop while people keep coming and calling in. Thank you Vanessa for your great work.

My partner went in with his groomsmen and dad looking for suites for our wedding. Booked the appointment over a month ago but the staff couldn’t be bothered and made my partner feel very unimportant compared to the Brides in the back. Worst of all they couldn’t even try anything on because the size range in store was minimal. Best of going somewhere else.

I have hired from this store a few times. It has always been the same lovely staff lady who has been able to deliver a high quality friendly service, even amongst the mayhem of a busy store. Its great value for the high quality product.

They had mixed up the day of my appointment. It took showing them the confirmation email of my booking for them to believe that I had actually made an appointment online and to apologize for the error. Prior to showing them the confirmation email, I was told to come back when I had made an appointment.They did allow us to come in anyway, however this meant they were now overbooked, so there was no large dressing rooms to try on wedding gowns nor was there any real assistance from the staff.There only seemed to be small sizes available to try on which meant getting a good vibe of a dress really difficult when nothing fits correctly.A very deflating experience.

Vanessa and Nicole were incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding a Black Tie Dress for a Black Tie Wedding with Bollywood style Reception. It was the first store I walked in to and had no expectations of finding a dress at the first stop. The dress is a knock out and was extremely well priced. The colour is magnificent and fits the event brief perfectly. Highly recommend a visit for your next major event.

I needed a formal dress for a black tie event at the end of the month. I made my booking and on the day of my appointment I was greeted warmly. The ladies were lovely and helped me feel beautiful & confident ! The only reason for 4 stars is because there wasn’t a lot of variety of dresses - that being said, I found a dress straight off the rack (I am NOT a small person) so I was happy with that! But I also think that if I had more time I would have had better luck with the dresses with having more options! Would buy from here again.

Needed to hire a suit two weeks out from a function. The ladies were very helpful and efficient and the outfit could not have fit any better ! Nice and easy process and would highly recommend.

Called up today for a very last minute suite hire.. The team had me booked in for a fitting the same day and will be able to pick up my hire suit in the next day or two. Nicole’s customer service was outstanding! Couldn’t be happier and cannot wait to pick up the suit :)
