Great surf shop and even better service!

I was looking for an O'Neill wetsuit for my little daughter in pink/aqua/grey in size 5, so I called the shop and asked whether they had it in store. The lady on the phone told me that they had one more left in size 5 and that it would cost about 50AUD minus 20%, so roughly 40 AUD. I asked her to hold it back for me and drove there in the afternoon. But when I arrived, they only had this wetsuit in size 4 and the man behind the counter told me it would cost 52 AUD including the discount. I didn't know what to say and what to do, but when I told the man behind the counter that I was very disappointed with the situation, he wasn't even sorry. He became very rude and told me that I didn't have to buy at his place!So true!!! I went to a different place where the staff wouldn't lie to me and bought a lovely wetsuit there.

Always AWESOME service. The only place on the coast to get all your surfing needs. I've been going there for years now and won't go anywhere else. Great range, great service and great prices.

I've been there quite a lot in the last couple of weeks to buy my own surfboard, bag, etc. and to get the things I need to repair the old surfboard of my host family. He's always nice, makes very good offers and gives good advice to a rookie surfer...

John at surf ware is a legend, didn’t have my size wet suit in stock, he got it in ASAP and kept me up to date. Great service!

Late last year went in and received the best advise from the shop owner on Boogie boards. Since then, the purchase has been the best investment ever for an old surfer that has damaged knees preventing surfing being possible anymore. Now still out there in the surf. Cheers again for the right advise on the purchase. Highly recommend these guys for any surf gear purchases in the future.
