I have a very bad experience about the customer service, I purchased a mellow mat from that and my daughter put a sticker on it when I removed it, it was still sticky so I cleaned with steamer and then the surface get worst. I send them email with the pictures. My experience is unfortunately not good with the mellow mat, I send an email and the customer service replied my an e-mail.At Neptune we are passionate about quality. For manufacturing defects/faults the item is covered under a 12 month warranty and will be replaced with a new item."My husband was on the way to pick up but after that confirmation email they told us" They are not going to replace it

Bought the mellow mat . Bad quality. Didn't puff up like it said it would so I I steamed it according to instructions and the mat pulled instantly. Had to hand iron on my hands an knees to get it to puff up. Customer service did not believe me and requested a video as proof - not good enough. Despite advertising it is suited to pets, it is not as with more wear it tears. Really displeased customer service doubts customers and asks to return at customer expense.

Fantastic! Bought the large so the while family can lie on it. Hubby and I have bad backs so this gets us off the couch into a good flat position without being uncomfortable.

I purchased a mellow mat in beige for my newborn to do tummy time. Absolutely love it as does my 3 year old to play on. Ive even used it when exercising. We got the small size so it’s easy to put behind our lounge when not in use.

The Mellow Mat is soft and luscious perfect addition to any room. I'd like to also mention the support and customer service of Neptune Blanket, absolutely flawless. Once I'd realised my Mellow Mat was lost in transit, Neptune Blanket immediately responded with support to sort it out and once declared lost I received a replacement in 2 days.

Neptune ReviewDo Not Buy From Neptune Blanket - massive complications with returns and terrible customer service.I was looking for a new eye mask and thought I’d give Neptune a try. I pre-pre ordered the weighted eye mask for 20th May. At the end of June, I contacted the company explaining I hadn’t received them and they explained there was a shipping delay (?? But never thought to inform customers).The eye masks arrived and unfortunately neither myself or my partner could use it because it’s quite a bulky eye mask and clearly not suitable for anyone other than a back-sleeper.I tried to return two unopened ones. Their returns policy is vague for starters, and when they eventually gave me a store credit, they emailed it to me as six separate coupon codes (the store credit should have been $80 but they gave me 3 x $1 credits, 1 x $10, 1 x $20, and 1x $50), which of course are impossible to use at checkout. When I emailed them (at this point still calm and cool) to ask for advice on how to use them, there reply was ”we will feed this back to the owner. Thanks - instead of actually explaining how to apply the six coupons in one transaction.Very unimpressed."

Absolutely loving it, the whole family is. My 2 kids and our fur baby. My partner loves coming home after a long day at work with his shoes off.

Poor service. I called before ordering and was assured of a 3 day delivery. Will return if it ever arrives. Save yourself the hassle and Buy from a local and reliable business instead.

OMG!! My grandkids love this mat. They play games on it, watch tv on it and wrestle on it!! We love the colour - doesn't show dirt etc. Absolutely fabulous. Would highly recommend xx

Absolutely love this mat, it's exactly as it is pictured. Super soft and my special needs child just loves laying on it to have rest time or when he plays. Great quality too!
