It's very expensive for a charity organisation. As a pensioner there are some affordable clothes and books. Very pleasant staff.

Good variety, reasonable prices, decent turnover of goods. They probably need to work on their customer relations though - they lose a star for appearing indifferent to customer service.

The place to get good second hand clothes and shoes. It also has a good range of kitchen accessories, books and DVDs. Also they take second hand clothing and other products as long as they are in good condition. Don't bring any things that are rubbish or dirty clothes

Unlikely to find a deal here. Selling Children's puffer jackets from Target ($15 new @ Target) with a 10 dollar mark up is a prime example of the store ethos.Seem to feel as if they are a pawn shop instead of an OP shop.Get very defensive of price and stated that they look up items on the computer and value them, which many op shops do, but they don't attempt to charge market value or, in the case with here, above (e.g. many items cost more than double what they do on eBay). Also somewhat shady, have had a few people have experiences where items won't be refunded the next day (like expired camera film or printer ink, that went out of date 10 years ago), which would just be binned in another op shop.I feel the shop has lost sense of its purpose, which is to sell these items to help others, and who their demographic is.The vibe is dead and staff act more like they are in servitude to the devil and every customer is a new plague sent directly to then from hell. With many other close by Op Shops try Salvos, the Brotherhood, or even Cash Converters for a better deal.
