Do yourself a favour DONT USE THIS COMPANY hired a chainshaw turned out it was blunt no money refunded . Still waiting for a call from area manager, no petrol given no maintenance was ever done on it l think hold your heads in shame. USE KENARDS IN AIRPORT WEST.

DONT USE THERE EQUIPMENT, I've hired several times from them and always a problem with the equipment yet they call you trying to blame you for it saying it had no petrol in it, when the actual problem was the pull start wasn't going back in and couldn't use the demo saw didn't know the petrol affected the pull start............

Horrible service. The old people there are so rude. Only of the skinny one was nice and ready to help. I use this company all the time across Australia but this particular one I have to admit it's really bad with customer service. The lady in the office has no idea whatsoever.They don't listen.

Hired a mulcher for the weekend.I spent more time opening up the machine to pull out branches that were stuck and jammed in the machine causing it to stall than actually mulching. These braches were only as thick as my little finger, and fed in one at a time.Side shoot worked fine for thicker branches.I told this to Coates on returning the product. They supposedly hasld a mechanic look and tell them it was fine and I was at fault.Rubbish machine and rubbish customer service. Will never go back.

Vert disappointed. Mark yr attitude is bad. Airless spray machine was not in good working order return last Tuesday still waiting on refund for days paid in advance. This review is because of the attitude that mark has yr customers need to be treated with respect even if they are complaining do not make them feel like there talking to know one like you did Mark from Campbellfeild will never use coats again. Very disappointed.
