Amber were open when others weren't, this made them accessible. You had the tiles and the advice on how to calculate and even lay them - really appreciated and we got the paperwork done with a minimum of fuss. Thank you

Our experience with amber tiles was great Annie helped us plan out our bathroom with ease and we were very happy with the choices we were shown and the extent Annie would go to make sure we have everything we want for our bathroom we left there happy and bathroom plan finalised

I have found Amber tiles in Charlestown very good to deal with. All staff are professional and helpful and just plain nice people to deal with. My sales person Kiara, was so helpful and friendly the moment she arrived in the car park. I was early and waiting for the store to open and while she also arrived early, she did not hesitate to help me straight away. Just a very personal service that I will return to next time I need all things tiles.

Amber Kotara has an amazing selection of tiles and great service. We went in thinking we knew what we were after but after talking with Donna she helped point us in the right direction and just so great full for her help. I went in to Amber after many frustrations with extremely low stock supplies of my 'dream' tile. Carly not only helped me match the tile perfectly to a floor tile, but had numerous solutions and ways around the low stock issue that I would never have thought of. She is clearly very passionate about her job and I am so grateful for her creativity, passion and customer service she so kindly showed me. Thank you so much Carly!

Cody is the friendliest salesperson I've ever met and our whole experience with Amber was great. They were able to order in the tiles we wanted at a fantastic price and delivered them into our carport. Our bathroom looks gorgeous. I would highly recommend Amber Kotara and would definitely use them again in the future.
