Under new management. Canberra is a small place and there is no shortage of work wear suppliers let to mention the internet. Loyalty goes are far way but not here.Won’t be shopping here anytime soon. Back to sears work wear.

Praba and the team at RSEA Mitchell provide a fantastic service. The store itself is huge and well stocked. I personally like that they stock workwear that is a little more on trend with regard to fit and style. There's nothing wrong with looking good at work, right? All our company uniform and PPE needs are taken care of under the one roof which makes things easy. RSEA Mitchell has an embroidering service which has always been fast turnaround. They have put our logo on dozens of items now and we have never had a problem.

Have engaged with the Mitchell store several times since opening and the team has been fantastic. They have sourced PPE for my business and the embroidery service is so affordable and latest tech. The RESA Rep Sarah and Store manager Praba have made sourcing affordable PPE easy. The store is the tidiest store I have ever seen, easy to find everything. Plenty of stock. This store is the one stop shop for tradies, you can even pick up some Tradie undies. This store and its services leaves all the others behind. For no other reason go and check out the footwear options available. Well done team, great to have you in Mitchell.

Recently when I visited the store I overheard an older male staff member making some inappropriate comments about a young woman in the carpark outside walking to a nearby gym. I was disgusted about his comments (just as his coworker was) and left without making a purchase.I did contact the store and was told by the manager that he would escalate the issue to HR, but he offered me no follow up and barely any reassurance that anything would really come of my complaint. That was now a few days ago, and I don’t feel comfortable returning to the store with that staff member there.The range of products was good, but I can’t endorse buying from a company willing to allow that kind of behaviour from their staff.
