No issue with the sofa quality but beware: delivery and customer service is woeful. I have a very difficult access so explained this at point of sale and paid for two men to deliver. Three months later, one man arrived, determined to deliver our dual motor reclining sofa and not have to come back. He managed to walk the sofa across a neighboring property, scratching the leather on brickwork. My 90 year old mother recently bought a sofa and despite not having one step into her house, had two delivery men! After putting it in place and taking off all the wrapping, demanded the final payment or the sofa would be removed! Her final EFT had not been confirmed as received by Plush. Why in Gods name was this not looked at prior to delivery??? She then had to produce her credit card and pay it again. A simple phone call to postpone delivery until funds were cleared was all that was needed. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS and we are still waiting on a refund of one of her final payments. NOT IMPRESSED JAN.

I bought a large lounge with recliner seats (4) with Plush and have been happy with the product. Unfortunately, if you buy a recliner using a battery pack (i bought 4) expect the replacement pack to be ridiculously expensive - June 2020 $199, now $345 which is a 74% price rise. This does not reflect good customer service. Do not recommend using a battery pack for recliners.

We went into Plush with the idea of choosing furniture for a future purchase.We met Voki to go through different fabric choices and different options. She was so lovely, armed with miles of product knowledge and such genuine customer service that we purchased on the spot.Couldn't recommend popping into the shop any more, pleasant staff who are more than willing to cater to your situation/space at home and not trying to make a quick sale. Great discounts as well!

What a completely horrendous after sales experience that has yet to be resolved. We ordered a significant amount of furniture in October 2021 with delivery scheduled for mid March 2022. We are yet to receive any of our lounges and have not received a single communication from Plush to advise of an ETA and delivery delay. We have tried to contact Plush via their numbers and email addresses since late March, not a single voicemail or email has been responded to, we have left over 20 messages and emails. It seems as though there is no after sales care team in existence and our money has been taken with no product to show for it! We are completely at a loss as we have tried to escalate this internally and don’t even have an avenue with which to take this complaint as nobody ever responds! Next stop will have to be Fair Trading, how utterly stressful and disappointing. Don’t purchase a Plush lounge! I will also note we bought a lounge lovers couch at the same time and have had the most brilliant customer service and after sales experience, what a stark difference!

We bought our couch in December 2020. Voki was patiently helpful with us while we decided on the best new lounge for our family and our living room. She showed us different options and models and went out of her way to explain everything.When our couch arrived in April 2021 we noticed lumps in one of the back panels. If our couch was going to be against a wall, we might not have worried but ours is located in the middle of the living room. We raised the problem with the store and they arranged an inspection quite quickly. The fix couldn't be done on site but thankfully as the couch is modular only the one corner seat needed to be taken away. It was back within a week, fixed perfectly.We recently contacted the store to arrange our first annual clean as required within the terms of our Plush Shield Warranty. Rashika was so helpful with suggestions and feedback on enquiries we had made with referred contractors.Keep up the good work guys!

I’m struggling for words to explain how bad the service is from this place. I’ve spoken to a number of staff there about a missing protection pack. The last guy I spoke to promised to get back to me last Monday. More than a week later and I’m still waiting. I’m now trying to resolve my issue through the Customer Service Centre. They made all the right noises when I spoke to them but nothing has eventuated yet. Go elsewhere.Edit: Email sent as requested by the response below and reply was received. The reply made no sense and there was absolutely no reasons given for the delays/confusion/lack of communication. Upon further investigation I found the source of the problem was that Plush had out-dated and incorrect information on the internet which conflicted with the latest warranty terms. The one star is well and truly deserved and earned and my view as to Go elsewhere" remains."

After months of searching, I was lucky enough to visit the Plush Belrose store and especially lucky to have the manager Ritika look after me. She had endless patience during my multiple visits and always had great advice. I am over the moon with the Jansen recliner and the Harlow chairs. Couldn't have asked for better service and product!

Cant rate minus or zero unfortunately. I see after I reviewed this that Logan M below has had a similar experience, so I added his review and now know that I am not crazy!.Loki at Belrose is a very lovely woman and gave us excellent customer service. Unfortunately the good news stops there and is none of her fault.Plush state they have a 10 year piece of mind warranty" . There is no such thing and its to be taken with a grain of salt. We had a Leila lounge with more modulars added and chaise. Within 2 weeks leather has started to crease and wear worse than our 20 year old lounge that was on display for the technicians to compare. Our 20 year nubuck lounge had no creases in the leather at all and when you rest on an armrest

We were shopping at Belrose Supa Centre my husband went into Plush while I was at another store, he then told me there was a sale on at Plush. We went into store to look, found sofa we both liked with helpful service from Voki, we were wanting to think about if we wanted to purchase. Overthe next few days I contacted Voki by telephone & emails many times, she always returned these with the information I required. Very happy with the assistance Voki gave us, we did purchase these. So will see finished sofas in the future.
