These guys are amazing they go above and beyond for you, I recently started using them and I don't even live near Ballarat, the communication and knowledge and customer service is too good to go anywhere else, oh and they have great deals on medical marijuana $$, whats not to love.

Ebony and Scott were incredibly helpful, professional and accommodating in assisting me. They are both clearly very passionate about pain management plans for their community and are working very hard to build rapport with new patients. I will be back soon.

Fabulous very personalized service, and highest quality formulations.Scott and Ebony have gone above and beyond usual customer service in so many ways. I had to carry a refrigerated product on a 4 hour flight and they provided me with a mini esky and freezer block, plus a letter for the airline. Cannot recommend Prospect Compounding Pharmacy highly enough.

If you're a medical marijuana user, this is the place to go in Ballarat. They've got an excellent understanding of how the various mixtures work and a comprehensive knowledge of what's available. And they're actually enjoyable to work with. It was such a relief to find Prospect after dealing with indifferent inexpert staff at the big chain pharmacies.

The team at prospect sat down with me and went through all my history, answered any questions I had & made me felt so heard. The customer service is just beyond brilliant! My compounded medications are of such high quality, i’ve never had them be so perfectly made to such a high standard and so quickly! I will not be going anywhere else again!
